MILITARY GOODS - indicated by red marking.

To order MILITARY GOODS, you must:

• Register on our website and complete your profile
• Find the required product and submit and inquiry via the online form
• Create a Purchase Order Summary (POS)
• Complete the End-Use Declaration (EUD) and provide a detailed descriptio of the intended use of the goods. Simply stating ''Research" is not sufficient.
• The EUD must be printed on the institution´s official letterhead, signed by an authorized representative, and bear an original stamp.
• If the buyer is not the end user, the EUD must be obtained from the actual end user.
• Provide a copy of the military trade permit/registration required in the customer´s country.
  • Customers in the Czech Republic do not need a military trade permit if they are the end user and consume/use the goods within the Czech Republic.
• Customers from the USA and Japan must also provide an International Import Certificate (IIC).
• For transportation, provide a copy of the import licence, or an official confirmation from the relevant authority/customs office stating thet an import licence is not required.
• Send scanned copies of all required documents by email to sales@katchem.cz, followed by the original documents by post to Katchem.
• Once all required documents have been received, Katchem will apply for the export licence. The licence fee of EUR 250/ USD 295 is payable by the customer.
• The licensing process usually takes 2-3 months. If the export licence cannot be obtained, the order will be cancelled.
