- Register on our website and complete your profile
- Find the required product and submit and inquiry via the online form
- Prepare a Purchase order Summary (POS)
- Complete and sign the End-Use Declaration (EUD) - Czech customers EUD
- Send scanned documents to sales@katchem.cz
- Mail the original documents to Katchem
- Katchem will apply for the required licenses
- Pay applicable licensing fees
- Goods will be shipped after license approval
- Provide delivery and end-user receipt confirmation after delivery
